EWRC session: Cohesion and cooperation in transition

As Europe's regions seek innovative solutions to make a tangible difference to citizen's lives, this event will explore how smart specialisation offers regions a way to transition to innovative solutions that create jobs, tackle demographic change and reduce their carbon footprint.

The workshop will press the importance of EU funding for research and interregional cooperation to increase the impact of regional policies and highlight best practices. The session will also facilitate active knowledge exchange between policy experts from partner regions, including ERRIN Member Saxony-Anhalt.
