Funding for cultural heritage: the role of the European Investment Bank

Online masterclass “Funding for cultural heritage: the role of the European Investment Bank”

Cultural heritage has been a long-standing area of funding and advisory services by the European Investment Bank. Such funding and advisory services are concentrated in European countries and can range from the conservation of UNESCO World Heritage Sites to urban renewal, notably in less developed European cities and regions.

Accordingly, the EIB Institute has ensured cultural heritage is included in its programme of activities. Since 2013, the EIB Institute has partnered with Europa Nostra, notably under the 7 Most Endangered Programme. This innovative programme mixes the cultural expertise and advocacy work of Europa Nostra with the technical and financial appraisal of the EIB.

This online event is free of charge, but registration is compulsory (registered participants will receive a Zoom link one day before the event).
