ERRIN to be awarded for “Sustainable Innovation and Competitiveness” during the 5g citizens conference

On 18th and 19th June at the Committee of the Regions, Entreps AISBL, the International Board of Business Owners & Entrepreneurs, is organising #5Gcitizens 2018. The two-day event highlights the crucial role of citizens in Social Innovation. It encourages EU to further engage with society from cities and regions to tackle societal challenges and continue to be the continent of diversity, tolerance and social integration.  ERRIN is actively involved in this year's edition of the event: On 18th June The network will be awarded for "Sustainable Innovation and Competitiveness - Best practices" during the 4th edition of the ‘Addis Ababa’ Global Entreps Awards 2018.The award ceremony will start at 18.30 and will be linked to the networking cocktail of the ERRIN Annual General Meeting; Richard Tuffs, Senior Advisor at ERRIN, will moderate a session on "Collaborative Economy – Shared Accommodation and Transport" from 10.00 to 12.15. On 19th June Pirita Lindholm, ERRIN Director, will give a keynote speech during the session "Regional Best Practice by Collaboration” from 13.15 to 15.30; Anett Ruszanov, Project Manager at ERRIN, will give a welcome speech on ERRIN and its activities in the framework of the Tourism Working Group during the session on "World Tourism: Skills for Jobs’ – New UN Tourism Hub to Train Start-ups, Entrepreneurs and SMEs" which will take place from 13.15 to 15.30.
