This year's European Week of Regions and Cities will take place across three consecutive weeks, with each week dedicated to a single theme.  The dates and subjects are:

• 5-9 October: Empowering Citizens
• 12-16 October - Cohesion and cooperation
• 19-22 October - Green Europe, in cooperation with the Green Week.

Almost all the 500 sessions will take place virtually, due to COVID-19, though some will take place in a hybrid format - online with a limited physical presence.
