THE NHS AND UK HEALTH LAW: WHERE NOW AFTER BREXIT?

The University of Birmingham is organising on the 25th January 2019 in Brussels the event ''THE NHS AND UK HEALTH LAW: WHERE NOW AFTER BREXIT?''. This event, held as part of the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) UK in a Changing Europe project "Health Law outside the EU: Immediate, Intermediate and Long-Term Impacts", will examine the state of play in relation to the impact of Brexit on the law and regulation of the NHS and health care delivery post Brexit. The presentation of the report's findings will be followed by a panel discussion and time for questions. The project team: Principal Investigator, Professor Jean McHale, University of Birmingham, Co- investigators, Professor Tamara Hervey, Jean Monnet Professor of European Union Law at the University of Sheffield, Dr Mark Flear, Senior Lecturer at Queens University Belfast and Research Fellow, Ms Elizabeth Speakman, University of Birmingham.
