AM-motion and Vanguard Initiative are looking for experts to join a closed Financial Expert Working Group (see agenda attached herewith). The Financial Expert Working Group (FEWG) objective is to formulate its recommendations directly to the European Commission services on behalf of which our team undertakes the AM-Motion initiative. The European Commission wishes the experts to share their views on current obstacles and improvement tracks that will facilitate investments in Additive Manufacturing (3D-Printing). Consortium. The AM-Motion Consortium is composed by IDEA Consult and its partners Airbus, Siemens, Materialise, CEA, Cecimo, Rina Consulting, the EPMA, Brainport Development, TWI, ERRIN, TNO and Prodintec (Lead). Orientation. The FEWG will identify bottlenecks and relevant recommendations toward the European Commission, Member States and other actors regarding the acceleration of Additive Manufacturing (3D-Printing) Deployment throughout Europe. During this working group we will bring together a maximum of 15 financial experts to share their knowledge on investing (or not) in additive manufacturing. We think your profile is extremely interesting due to your experience and know-how on the topic. Practicalities. AM-Motion is an EU-funded projects which aim is to contribute to the rapid market uptake of Additive Manufacturing across Europe, by connecting and upscaling existing initiatives and efforts, improving the conditions for large-scale, cross-regional demonstration and market deployment, and by involving a large number of key stakeholders, particularly from industry.
