The Working Group Water & Process Industries aims to offer the basis for cooperate in fields of drinking water, waste water, resource recovery from water, the role of water in a circular economy, close to source water treatment, process water, water reuse, ICT & water, big data & water sensors, smart water, industrial symbiosis, pharmaceuticals & resistant bacteria in water, the role of water in and for society and the value of water.
Regions, cities, drinking water companies, process industries, innovative SMEs, end-users of water and research institutes are welcome to attend at the Water Working Group. The WG aims to bring together stakeholders for H2020 projects and inform about European water policies (WFD, RBMPs, water reuse, etc.) and funding mechanisms (EIP Water Action Group FINNOWATER, EIB, H2020, COSME, ESIF, VC, etc.).
WG Water supports the UN Sustainable Development Goal 6: “Ensure availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation for all”.
