Before diving into the NEB Festival in Brussels, NEB-STAR and DESIRE invite you to the third event in the Northern NEB Lights series. We will meet at the NTNU Brussels Office, Rue Guimard 9, 1040 Bruxelles at 14:00-15:30, to promote dialogue and debate around the implementation of the NEB values in the Nordic context. The event will address and discuss the power of narratives, new roles and partnerships in urban transformation when working towards climate-neutral cities.

The event will be followed by an aperitif at the backyard of the NTNU Brussels Office at 15:30-17:00 (CEST) to continue our engaging conversations.
